Qualifications

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in wealth or asset management data modernization projects. Deep knowledge of data management concepts, modernization strategies, and relevant technologies. Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging with senior executives and technical teams effectively. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.

  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and provide consistent updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and validation throughout data migration and modernization efforts.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
