Role overview

This Project Manager position sits within the Marketplace Trust function and runs for a fixed term of nine months. Based in London, the role focuses on leading projects that strengthen trust and integrity across the Motorway platform. The Project Manager will work closely with data, legal, and product teams to identify risks, develop solutions, and maintain user confidence. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact on platform reliability during a period of significant growth for Motorway.

What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Marketplace Trust projects, from defining scope and setting timelines to establishing success metrics and allocating resources.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the main threats to user trust and translate those insights into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate with the data team to analyze trends related to trust, supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
  • Report project progress, risks, and dependencies directly to senior leaders, ensuring high visibility for your work.
  • Work with the Head of Legal & Risk to highlight team achievements and expand the influence of Marketplace Trust initiatives across the company.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust is reflected in daily operations, decisions, and accountability processes.
  • Assist in creating and rolling out internal training programs focused on marketplace trust topics.

Location

This role is based in London. Onsite or hybrid working arrangements may be available, depending on company policy.

Contract details

This is a 9-month fixed term contract.
