Role overview
The Project Manager - Market Access supports the Project Management department and collaborates with teams serving pharmaceutical and medical device clients. This role helps guide digital projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring assigned business units operate smoothly and efficiently.
What you will do
- Oversee multiple projects and priorities across assigned brands, taking responsibility for outcomes and supporting decision-making with brand leaders, direct reports, and external partners.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps and plans, and manage daily operations of cross-functional teams using agile methods.
- Direct the project lifecycle for assigned brands, from initial planning through to final submission.
- Prioritize tasks, communicate deliverables, track budgets and deadlines, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate asset delivery across platforms, balance competing priorities, and optimize project management resources.
- Prepare status meetings, hot sheets, timelines, and meeting notes for all assigned projects, escalating to senior management as needed.
