Join LifeByte Systems as a meticulous and outcome-focused Project Manager – IT, where you will spearhead internal cross-functional projects aimed at achieving operational excellence and driving digital transformation. This pivotal role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from system integrations and productivity tool implementations to process enhancements, ensuring timely and quality delivery across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and have a fervent interest in technology and the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects — which encompass system integrations, productivity tool launches, and business improvement efforts — guaranteeing that all projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Engage collaboratively with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and create actionable project plans.
  • Lead project tracking, task distribution, and risk management processes, actively identifying and mitigating potential obstacles.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain crucial project documentation, including project boards, requirement specifications, change logs, and final reports.
  • Pursue continuous improvements in project management methodologies to boost overall team efficiency and cross-departmental cooperation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in IT, Business Information Systems, or Cyber Security are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably leading cross-team or organization-wide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with proven confidence in leading meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating with vendors in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-disciplined, with a strong enthusiasm for technology and the financial services sector.
