We are currently representing a prestigious Architectural Design Office in search of a Project Manager to enhance their innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage studies and construction projects.
- Compile detailed reports and provide regular updates to the Project Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical university.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervising and coordinating construction sites for building projects.
- Previous experience with office buildings and renovations is an advantage, along with relevant experience in public or private projects.
- Proficient in preparing quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and adept at evaluating information.
- Ability to set priorities and respond quickly to project demands.
- Demonstrated diligence, consistency, and adherence to procedures.
- Familiarity with Law 4412 regarding Public Works is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is beneficial.
