Your Role and Responsibilities:
The Project Director will act as the strategic and operational lead for a key global client while also managing a select portfolio of additional accounts. This role is pivotal in fostering trust and collaboration to enhance client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure sustained commitment. The Project Director will be responsible for budget oversight, balancing client satisfaction with profitability, and managing supplier and partner relations to deliver exceptional experiences. Additionally, they will serve as the primary intake point for new client requests, assessing project needs, and collaborating with global delivery teams to secure the necessary staffing resources. Although the position does not currently encompass direct people management, the Project Director will mentor team members and contribute to their professional development across the client account.
