Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork. Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and effectively manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management software such as Proliance, Primavera, or Deltek. Familiarity with capital project management in educational or municipal settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain precise project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses that align with project objectives.
  • Perform comprehensive cost analysis and performance assessments, identifying variances and recommending actionable corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to uphold financial policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies to address potential cost impacts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, status updates, and key project performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support change order management processes by evaluating and documenting financial implications.
  • Leverage project management software and advanced Excel tools to effectively monitor and report on project financials.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate project status and coordinate resources efficiently.
