As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing programmatic advertising campaigns. You will report to the Manager of Ad Operations and work closely with our Sales and Client Services teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, from trafficking and pixel implementation to performance analysis, within a dynamic remote-first environment.

This position is open to candidates located anywhere within Canada or the US, with a preference for those located in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Client Services team to meet client deliverables, including campaign trafficking, adjustments, and internal ad operations.
  • Design and implement pixel-based data capture systems.
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaign assets, pixels, and campaigns prior to launching to guarantee accurate setup and measurements.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across Native, Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home channels.
  • Support in-platform trading activities, including budget adjustments, pacing optimizations, and troubleshooting delivery issues to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor live campaigns and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency alongside Client Services.
  • Provide expert guidance on campaign setup, trading, and optimization best practices to internal teams.
  • Deliver post-campaign performance analysis and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Establish techniques, best practices, and scalable processes to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution.
