Qualifications:At least 12 years of progressive experience in managing large, complex federal IT programs, including multi-workstream delivery across engineering, operations, security, and data domains. Demonstrated success as a Program Manager overseeing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and subcontractors. Proven track record in managing cost, schedule, scope, and performance metrics. Experience with government performance metrics, including CPARS, SLAs, KPIs, and quality assurance plans. Preferred background supporting the U. S. Census Bureau or large statistical/civilian agencies. Ability to act as the primary point of contact for Government leadership, CORs, COs, and division chiefs. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Located in the Washington DC area and available for travel to the customer site several days a week as needed. Must be a U. S. Citizen.

  • Ensure optimal performance under contract, focusing on quality, risk management, budget adherence, and scheduling.
  • Initiate and authorize recruitment, hiring, personnel actions, subcontracting, and other corporate support activities to align with program needs.
  • Adhere to program reporting, delivery, and invoicing requirements.
