Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Champion operational excellence to support global expansion and product initiatives, enhancing processes through effective stakeholder engagement for seamless execution across regions.
- Manage product launches, overseeing the launch process and providing biweekly progress updates to senior leadership, while ensuring comprehensive documentation in Compass (Stripe's internal tool).
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by clarifying team responsibilities for product launches, proactively addressing blockers, and delivering transparent status updates to all stakeholders.
- Define and refine operational rhythms to promote efficient teamwork, managing planning cycles, business reviews, and tracking Stripe Objectives and Key Results (SOKRs).
- Collaborate with various departments to align goals, drive efficiency, and enhance the overall operational landscape.
