Role Overview: Program Manager (Remote)

The Program Manager supports Inatai’s 50 Year Vision by ensuring that the Strategy and Impact division’s grantmaking operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, this role oversees daily operational and administrative tasks within the division, strengthens systems for timely decision-making and coordination, and helps deliver positive experiences for partners and grantees.

This position acts as a connector across divisions, turning strategic initiatives into effective action. The Program Manager helps teams and community partners focus on building advocacy for racial justice and equity statewide by translating strategy into practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and logistics for the Strategy and Impact division’s grantmaking work
  • Support collaboration across grantmaking teams to create shared processes and clear communication
  • Manage logistics for department operations and event engagement
  • Provide operational support to the Vice President of Strategy and Impact, Portfolio Director, operations team, and foundation staff
  • Facilitate streamlined experiences for both internal teams and grantees
