Join CGS Federal as a Program Manager and Training Lead, where you will play a vital role in crafting, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for both internal and external stakeholders, specifically tailored for a government client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the transformation readiness team to review and finalize Training Plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging, role-specific training sessions as outlined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan. Utilize provided test scenarios and myVCF system screenshots to enhance training materials.
- Create and co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff covering the complete claims lifecycle processes, ensuring the curriculum aligns with policies and procedures for claim review, administration, quality control, and payment. Training sessions will be instructor-led, both in-person and virtually, catering to groups of 10-75 VCF staff members, depending on the training topic.
- Develop user-friendly, professional graphics and communication materials for How-To Guides, website content, and other informational resources to educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff about the VCF Transformation and its associated process and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the VCF team and system integrator to support staff during the transition, ensuring a smooth implementation of the enhanced claim review and operational processes. Work closely with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to establish a comprehensive training schedule.
