THE WORK:

Ripple Treasury (previously GTreasury) stands at the forefront of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the modern treasurer. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, Ripple Treasury empowers organizations on their journey toward strategic treasury management, offering complete visibility into cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management.

We are currently seeking a Professional Services Consultant to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the design and analysis of customer requirements related to the Financial Instruments module of our Treasury management system, ensuring that implementation aligns with these requirements on schedule and within budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather technical requirements and business processes concerning the management of clients' financial instruments portfolios, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments.
  • Thoroughly document and understand the complete scope of implementation requirements.
  • Communicate design rationale and functional strategy to effectively achieve objectives.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial instruments and risk, providing training to both clients and internal teams on the module and market best practices.
  • Contribute to the solution's construction and implementation.
  • Assist in supporting and troubleshooting delivered solutions during implementation.
  • Ensure projects adhere to specifications and budgetary constraints.
  • Exceed client expectations in product setup and service delivery.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for escalated client issues related to financial instruments.
  • Identify up-selling opportunities and direct them to appropriate channels.
