Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute engineering tasks related to process and production support, in alignment with customer requirements and/or production specifications and/or defined objectives;
- Define technical solutions with a constant focus on quality, considering reference standards and/or internal processes established in the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Review, modify, and/or approve requirements, specifications, or documentation pertinent to the technical area, in coordination with the technical manager.
General Functions:
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation to properly prepare, execute, and verify tasks to be carried out;
- Assist in budgeting and/or project planning processes, collaborating with the technical coordinator and/or project manager;
- Provide technical support to project teams/customers, ensuring the feasibility of processes and/or products;
- Propose and/or validate technical specifications, material selection, manufacturing/prototyping processes, and production/integration sequences;
- Develop and design (CAD 3D/2D) components, molds, tools, and subsystems to support production and/or integration;
- Define layouts, equipment, tools, materials, consumables, and COTS necessary for the execution of defined tasks;
- Generate technical documentation (i.e., CAD 3D/2D production drawings, production dossiers, instructions) for the release of manufacturing orders;
- Monitor and evaluate production and/or integration processes to mitigate deviations from KPIs (on-time, on-quality, and/or on-budget);
- Manage, document, and report technical issues in collaboration with the technical coordinator, technical teams, and/or project managers;
- Prepare project reports demonstrating compliance with requirements and ensuring traceability and quality, when applicable.
