Your Responsibilities: Serve as a primary knowledge resource for the Adyen platform, APIs, and best practices in industry-standard integration. Manage merchant support cases from inception to resolution. Act as an internal ambassador for product initiatives, monitoring processes and relaying merchant feedback to product and engineering teams. Work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to foster collective problem-solving and professional growth. Provide expert guidance on complex queries, ensuring knowledge is comprehensively documented. Participate in projects that align with the strategic goals of the Support organization. Who You Are: Possess strong technical expertise and experience in API troubleshooting. Familiarity with Postman, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL, or PHP is advantageous, along with a functional understanding of Magento, SFCC, or Adobe Commerce. Have prior experience in a customer support role working directly with merchants. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical topics clearly.
