QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional product development environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with testing equipment such as Volt/Ohm Multimeters and Oscilloscopes. Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet product deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in product testing and development is essential. Ability to debug and troubleshoot product-related issues.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Product Success Engineer to enhance our team in San Diego. This role involves supporting various products through different phases of development and production. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting and documenting product issues while working independently to achieve product milestones.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work primarily on-site, requiring 60-80% of time in the office (5 days a week).
  • Collaborate with our India team to develop comprehensive Technical Documentation.
  • Provide hands-on installation support and conduct product testing with our partner customers.
  • Engage with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and document product challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures.
  • Occasional domestic travel for product support initiatives, less than 10% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work unusual hours to coordinate with our India team as needed.
  • Assist the team with various tasks as time allows.
  • Experience with custom cable designs and mechanical drawings is a plus.
  • Running Linux scripts for software updates and configurations is a plus.
  • Experience in testing and validating application code for mobile devices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
