About The Role

As part of EliseAI’s Customer Support team, you will be a key subject matter expert, dedicated to resolving inquiries and issues for our clients. Our Support Analysts possess comprehensive knowledge of client-specific configurations and system data access. Collaborating with internal teams, the Support team works diligently to troubleshoot customer challenges and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime pay)

Work Schedule: Thursday through Monday (schedule may vary based on business needs) to ensure coverage during peak support periods.

Work Location: Onsite at our Midtown South NYC office

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to clients via Zendesk, our ticketing system, ensuring rapid issue resolution.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical problems, escalating to relevant internal teams if necessary.

  • Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication with clients throughout the support lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
