About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Product Engineer who excels at merging engineering expertise with a product-focused mindset. You'll take ownership of feature development from conception to launch, continually iterating based on customer feedback to enhance the user experience and achieve measurable results. Your contributions will directly influence how thousands of users interact with our AI-driven customer service platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of features spanning backend services and AI-enhanced user experiences.

  • Transform customer insights into actionable product enhancements through swift iterations and experimentation.

  • Work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure engineering initiatives align with business goals.

  • Maintain stringent standards for code quality, ensuring thorough testing, monitoring, and reliability.

  • Exercise strong prioritization skills and display autonomy in adapting to evolving requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience; we also welcome outstanding new graduates with relevant projects or internships.

  • A solid understanding of AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.

  • A results-oriented approach: success is measured by impact, not just the number of features launched.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

  • A low-ego, high-energy attitude, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bonus: experience in a startup environment, as a hacker, or as a founder is a plus.
