As a Product Owner, you will oversee a range of services:

  • Ads: Design advertising products for sellers, manage advertising tools, and analyze performance within the Toss Shopping ecosystem.
  • Order: Focus on core order and payment flows, including cart management, payment processes, and order modifications.
  • Listing: Enhance product discovery experiences, including search functionalities, sorting, recommendations, and category organization.
  • Contents: Curate product detail pages, reviews, and brand content for a content-rich shopping experience.
  • Promotion: Develop and manage promotional tools such as coupons, time deals, and discount events.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with your silo or team to establish and achieve biannual goals for your product.
  • Take ownership of business direction, revenue, and monetization strategies, working closely with your team to identify the best pathways forward.
  • Define key performance indicators, design business models, and drive actionable initiatives.
  • Identify valid hypotheses, conduct data-driven experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate to achieve Product-Market Fit.
  • Analyze customer needs and business impacts, clearly defining problems and solutions for various stakeholders.
  • Experience the journey of discovering and solving challenges like a startup CEO, gaining insights from both successes and failures.
