About the Role:
We seek a dedicated individual to join our Marketplace Operations Team. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Management of Fever's Back Offices: Creating, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining experiences across both internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
- Operational Monitoring: Conducting daily checks on published experiences to ensure accurate setup, performance, and seamless operation.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Engaging daily with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office planning, coordinate experience launches, and enhance internal operational processes.
