With bold growth ambitions and a commitment to redefining procurement practices within the construction sector, we are expanding our marketing team and seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to enhance product positioning, comprehension, and market adoption.
The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in bridging Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your main responsibility will be to translate our product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for our target customers, empowering our commercial teams to excel.
This is a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor role where you will own product positioning, execute go-to-market strategies, and derive customer insights in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the evolution of C-Link’s product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Direct go-to-market planning for new product features and releases, collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams.
- Create impactful sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and launch assets.
- Gather deep customer and market insights through interviews, win/loss analysis, surveys, and data analysis.
- Maintain detailed buyer personas, use cases, and customer journey narratives.
- Contribute to competitive analysis, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the creation of product-centric content, customer success stories, and educational resources.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality outputs.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong emphasis on product marketing.
- Proven track record in product positioning, supporting launches, and influencing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with customer and performance data.
- Confident cross-functional collaborator who can influence without direct authority.
- Experience in the ConTech or construction industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and SaaS environments is preferred.
