SuperDial is looking for a Product Marketing Associate based in New York City. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, helping shape how SuperDial communicates its value and connects with customers.
What You Will Do
Messaging and Positioning
- Develop and refine messaging for SuperDial’s products.
- Translate technical features into clear business benefits for target audiences.
- Identify and update Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and relevant use cases.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Support the launch of new features and product lines.
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align launch plans.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all content and outreach.
Sales Support
- Create sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
- Assist the sales team with messaging for key deals and addressing objections.
- Update product positioning based on feedback from customers and prospects.
Customer Insights and Market Analysis
- Conduct interviews with customers to gather insights.
- Analyze competitors and track market trends.
- Use structured analysis to help SuperDial stand out in the market.
What We Look For
- At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, or a related area.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
- Skilled at turning technical concepts into straightforward narratives.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to follow through on projects.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a changing environment.
Bonus Points
- Background in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or AI products.
- Experience working with sales teams or familiarity with sales processes.
