Join ApprovalMax, a leader in finance automation, as a Product Marketing Associate in our vibrant London office. In this pivotal role, you'll turn intricate product features into engaging and persuasive messaging that drives revenue growth in key markets.
Working under the direction of our Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to implement go-to-market strategies, particularly emphasizing our QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration and the North American market. This hands-on role will see you contribute to campaigns, enablement materials, and product narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Initiatives (North America Focus)
Assist in executing product marketing initiatives linked to our QBO integration, aligning with our global and regional GTM strategies.
Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points and use cases within the North American landscape to refine messaging and positioning.
Support product launches by crafting content and assets that clearly convey customer value.
Demand Generation & Conversion Support
Collaborate with marketing teams to shape campaign messaging, value propositions, and audience targeting.
Create narratives and content driven by use cases that bolster demand generation and conversion efforts.
Provide product messaging, market insights, and proof points to enhance top- and mid-funnel activities.
Help maintain and optimize our presence on third-party review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra).
Free Trial & Conversion Enhancement
Work with Digital and PLG teams to enhance the free trial experience, including onboarding content and in-app communications.
Analyze trial performance data and suggest improvements for messaging or content to boost conversion rates.
Sales & Revenue Enablement
Develop and maintain enablement resources such as pitch decks, battle cards, and product collateral.
Facilitate the trial-to-paid transition through clear and consistent messaging about value and differentiation.
Monitor competitors and contribute to regular updates and materials on competitive positioning.
Assist in managing product marketing tools and AI-driven enablement resources.
