Your Role
Develop Advanced AI Agents: As a Product Manager focused on Agent Development, you will collaborate closely with engineers and clients to design and launch AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.
Customer Engagement: You will interact with stakeholders at all levels to:
Identify and analyze their needs.
Craft and conduct demonstrations showcasing Sierra’s capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve business process challenges.
Continuously enhance our virtual agents to align with customer expectations.
Serve as trusted advisors, steering strategic technical initiatives for our clients.
Influence Product Strategy: Partner with engineering and product teams to define and implement critical new features that contribute to the success of our clients.
What You Bring
5-7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with complex technical products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
Proven track record of successfully launching AI or software products.
Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop actionable solutions.
A customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on understanding and fulfilling client needs.
