We are on the lookout for a Product Line Support Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. We seek an individual eager to grow with us, infuse energy into their work, and contribute to the future of construction.

The Product Line Support Manager will oversee the development, feedback, and strategic initiatives related to service best practices for our product line OEMs, including aerial, dirt, advanced solutions, compaction/tooling, engines, and components. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects and product lines align with expectations and fulfill market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects, delegate tasks, and drive team efforts effectively.
  • Ensure alignment of all product line OEMs with the overarching market vision, maximizing value through improved equipment reliability and service enhancements.
  • Manage a portfolio of products that target similar functionalities or customer segments.
  • Gather and analyze field feedback to establish a comprehensive vision and roadmap for the product line, factoring in market trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate across various teams to ensure product line objectives are met and coordinate efforts across different products and service support initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare.
