Key Responsibilities:
- Define and spearhead the product strategy and requirements for Jumio's ID Verification product line, focusing on both physical and digital IDs, while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Lead the strategic adoption of next-gen identity standards, with an emphasis on integrating Digital IDs (such as eIDAS 2.0 and mobile driver’s licenses) and Agentic AI Verification.
- Adopt an execution-driven mindset, collaborating closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to turn strategic visions into actionable roadmaps.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle for government-issued ID verification, from conceptualization to launch and continuous enhancement, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Guide and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring timely delivery of value while promoting skill development in agile methodologies and effective stakeholder communication.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work in tandem with Product Marketing to formulate the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for new product introductions and significant enhancements, while collaborating with Sales leadership to equip commercial teams with the necessary resources.
- Represent Jumio at industry events and in customer interactions to bolster our thought leadership in the field.
