The Growth team is pivotal in executing Plaid's multi-channel growth strategy, focusing on optimizing the customer funnel and establishing scalable systems. You will lead teams responsible for customer onboarding, compliance, risk assessment, and lifecycle management, ensuring that Plaid is prepared for enterprise-scale from the outset. In your role as Product Lead for Growth, you will manage one of Plaid's most expansive portfolios, guiding Product Managers across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations. Your strategic vision will drive funnel optimization, market acquisition, enterprise enablement, and customer lifecycle management. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Business Intelligence/Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, you will influence growth strategies across all go-to-market channels. You will also play a critical role in major enterprise and partnership initiatives, identifying product opportunities and defining deal structures. This position is perfect for an experienced B2B growth leader who thrives on utilizing data to solve intricate challenges and is motivated by the pursuit of efficient growth.
