The Product Data Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the product strategy and execution through data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and support teams, this role ensures that data-driven decisions are made throughout the product lifecycle. You will establish a framework that delivers insights and empowers our internal product teams to make informed decisions that contribute to business growth.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform product strategy, adoption, and execution for the payment gateway.
  • Creating and managing data roadmaps to enhance product performance transparency for stakeholders.
  • Overseeing data analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to product managers.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and conducting proactive investigations.
  • Supporting ad-hoc reporting frameworks, allowing product managers to gather and analyze relevant data, including customer/CAM surveys, product usage statistics, and market research.
  • Conducting opportunity sizing analyses, developing forecasting models, and presenting data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Data Insights to design, build, and document an analytics framework for product experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced modeling to support long-term product performance.
  • Analyzing large transaction datasets to identify trends and opportunities across channels and payment methods (card, ACH, P2P).
  • Helping product managers define, track, review, and respond to relevant KPI metrics through established monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis cadences.
  • Responding to performance inquiries from partners and internal teams to communicate issues and drive resolution.
  • Monitoring transaction data integrity throughout the lifecycle, investigating incidents and anomalies.
  • Collaborating with product engineering to define what data points to collect from products, ensuring the accuracy of financial data across value streams.
  • Effectively communicating data-driven findings to stakeholders on a routine basis, while establishing and reviewing quarterly OKRs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Contributing to the data discipline across product teams.
