Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and industry teams to achieve technical objectives for systems programs of $5M scope, showcasing SSCI technology solutions at TRL 6 or higher.
- Play a crucial role in capturing several mid-sized and large programs in AI, autonomy, or related advanced technology domains.
- Oversee autonomy system architecture, integration of software and hardware, test and evaluation, and the delivery of operationally relevant systems to clients.
- Define and document system requirements, interfaces, and performance metrics.
- Guide the development and implementation of Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction plans.
- Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and integrate model-based systems and digital engineering toolchains for agile development of autonomy systems.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) for effective systems engineering and technical project management.
- This position may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, working on a computer.
- May involve the ability to push/pull/lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining an active U. S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
