Role Overview

The Principal, Strategy & Operations - M&A will drive Superhuman’s acquisition strategy from due diligence through integration. This role is central to the company’s growth plans and offers direct impact and visibility across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate deal execution, including cross-functional due diligence and integration planning.
  • Lead integration governance for future acquisitions, managing key cross-functional workstreams.
  • Build and support a network of functional integration leaders, refining playbooks for successful integration.
  • Act as a fractional COO for newly acquired businesses, guiding major initiatives and helping them adapt to Superhuman’s culture.
  • Develop Corporate Development Operations, including information systems and pipeline processes.
  • Support strategic projects such as future capital raises, IPO preparation, and Board of Directors updates.
