About the job
Seeq Corporation builds advanced analytics tools for process manufacturing, helping major companies in pharmaceuticals, energy, chemicals, and other industries turn large-scale time-series data into operational improvements. With nearly $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue and industry recognition as a Leader, Seeq is advancing its AI-first product strategy to shape Decision Intelligence for the industrial sector.
Role Overview
The Principal Product Manager will take responsibility for a key product domain that spans several teams and capabilities within Seeq’s platform. This domain is central to customers’ operations and impacts some of the largest enterprises worldwide. The position calls for a leader who can set a long-term vision, coordinate complex cross-functional work, and influence product strategy across internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Own and scale a cross-cutting product domain: Define and evolve the multi-quarter and multi-year strategy for a product area that connects multiple teams and capabilities. Ensure alignment with company and portfolio goals, not just feature delivery.
- Set direction through outcomes: Establish measurable product outcomes, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and make informed trade-offs that balance short-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Drive complex cross-functional execution: Lead initiatives involving product, engineering, design, AI/data, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams. Anticipate and address systemic blockers, resolve conflicts, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership: Combine insights from customers, markets, competitors, and internal data into clear recommendations. Prepare strategy documents, investment proposals, and executive reviews for your domain.
- Be deeply data-driven at scale: Define success metrics, design experiments, and use both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions, validate ideas, and iterate. Set the standard for data-driven product management.
What Sets This Role Apart
This position thrives in a culture focused on evidence, quick execution, and meaningful results. The Principal Product Manager will make strategic trade-offs, use data to back decisions, and have the autonomy to shape how AI-driven solutions are designed and delivered.
