This hands-on position requires collaboration with product leadership, engineering, GTM teams, and customers, fostering clarity, momentum, and innovation in our development processes. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lifecycle of our Sightline platform from requirement development to launch and user adoption.
Expand our presence in the Enterprise security sector by establishing strategic priorities and cooperating with engineering to deliver impactful features.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Become the go-to expert in your product area, providing clear insights and perspectives to sales, partners, and customers.
Represent the product at executive-level discussions, including roadmap reviews and strategic partnerships, enhancing product direction and customer trust.
Cultivate trusted relationships with R&D to transform clear requirements into beloved features.
Contribute to the evolution of product operations within HUMAN, enhancing our planning, communication, and success metrics.
Guide cross-functional teams by defining a clear product vision, success metrics, and trade-offs, ensuring alignment among engineering, GTM, and stakeholders.
Shape broader HUMAN strategies by engaging in product planning, positioning, pricing, and operational models to scale product effectiveness as the company grows.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of product management experience in SaaS, with substantial responsibility for complex, enterprise-grade products within cybersecurity, fraud prevention, anti-abuse, or related fields.
Demonstrated expertise in leading product teams and driving successful product strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
