They will deliver critical technical leadership and advisory services across the company, guiding everything from high-level strategic initiatives to everyday network challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create foundational architectures, strategic roadmaps, and standards to guarantee a secure and scalable network infrastructure aligned with business goals and technological trends.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering and operations teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous enhancement.
- Design and implement intricate network architectures, including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, internet connectivity, third-party access solutions, cloud service integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP), and VPN configurations, ensuring high availability.
- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies, products, and services, providing insights for network development and enhancements based on emerging technologies.
- Develop and uphold network architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistency, security, and compliance across the organization.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues or risks in network design and implementation.
- Serve as a primary network support escalation for network operations across various environments, managing advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and integration tasks as required.
- Ensure all network infrastructure complies with relevant regulatory requirements and internal security policies, including conducting regular audits and updates.
