Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will spearhead complex mechanical engineering projects, leveraging your extensive technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge mechanical systems and solutions. You will also engage in project management, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring that all engineering projects adhere to the highest technical, quality, and safety standards.

Your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert guidance on intricate engineering challenges and solutions.
  • Utilizing advanced tools and methodologies for mechanical analysis, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and other relevant technologies.
  • Driving innovation through the exploration and incorporation of new technologies, methods, and materials.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technical staff, offering guidance and training.
  • Conducting periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations.
