About the Team: 

The Tooling and Factory Automation team operates at the convergence of design, manufacturing, and automation, crafting everything from substantial structural fixtures to intricate tools that directly enable the production of Terran R. As a specialized design group within the manufacturing organization, we delve deeply into the needs of our internal partners to identify core challenges, propose innovative solutions, and deliver hardware that enhances efficiency, scalability, and performance. Our team is also leading the charge in Relativity’s burgeoning factory automation initiatives, which are increasingly vital for scaling Terran R production at both current and future facilities. You will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, implement solutions, and observe their application on the factory floor. Ultimately, your role transcends traditional design; you will help define the future of rocket and factory construction.
