Responsibilities Enhance User Proficiency: Design and implement comprehensive training programs in various formats— in-person, virtual, and hybrid— to advance users' capabilities in ArcGIS software. Identify proficiency gaps and provide tailored support through workshops and ongoing assistance. Stay abreast of the latest GIS trends and innovations to ensure training content remains relevant. Promote Sustainable GIS Workflows: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their operational processes and provide expert guidance on establishing effective GIS workflows. Conduct training workshops focused on best practices for sustainable GIS implementation, assisting clients in overcoming obstacles and skill deficiencies. Facilitate ArcGIS Adoption: Actively advocate for the expanded use of ArcGIS within client organizations. Discover new applications of ArcGIS and showcase its advantages through targeted training sessions. Work alongside stakeholders to customize ArcGIS solutions that meet their unique needs. Articulate GIS Impact: Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to convey the transformative impact of GIS. Partner with content teams to develop engaging materials, such as case studies and success stories, that underscore the value of GIS to clients.
