We cater to students aged 7 to 18 on the autism spectrum, who are cognitively capable of engaging with the national curriculum but require additional support, such as smaller class sizes, tailored accommodations, and educators trained in autism.

As an Educator, your impact will include:
Curriculum and Instructional Excellence
- Design and deliver engaging, well-paced lessons tailored to the diverse learning profiles of students.
- Utilize evidence-based pedagogical practices and meaningful activities to meet individual educational needs.
- Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and necessary instructional support to bridge learning gaps.
Holistic Student Development
- Foster strong relationships with students through genuine care, concern, and encouragement.
- Develop data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Transition Plans (ITPs) for students, collaborating with families, caregivers, Allied Professionals, and stakeholders to support goal attainment.
- Employ appropriate methods and tools to enhance ongoing student development, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies, adaptive learning devices, and technology.
- Create and maintain effective classroom routines and practices that promote a safe and conducive learning environment, fostering student well-being.
- Implement behavior management techniques for students with complex needs and manage emergency situations effectively.
Professional Development
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities for continuous knowledge and skills enhancement.
- Engage with professional learning teams to promote collaborative growth among staff members.
Projects, Programs, and Initiatives
- Support extracurricular activities that enrich students’ learning experiences.
- Contribute as a committee member to various school initiatives and events.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain open communication with external stakeholders (e.g., families, community organizations) to ensure collaborative support for student success.
