As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will architect, establish, and scale the commercial framework that drives our international growth. This position encompasses sales strategy, operations, revenue management, and productivity, ensuring our global sales team is primed for optimal performance. You will serve as a Business Partner to the VP of Fever for Business, spearheading long-term planning, forecasting, segmentation, process optimization, rep productivity, and cross-departmental alignment across the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Channels & Alliances, Finance, Strategy, Fever Originals, and Marketing, you will develop a cohesive, data-driven, high-performance GTM model. This is a pivotal global position with the responsibility to cultivate a world-class function in a swiftly growing environment.Key Responsibilities:Define, develop, and execute end-to-end sales and revenue operations: funnel processes, system implementation, forecasting, data integrity, and KPI monitoring.Enhance sales productivity through onboarding, training, process refinement, rep development, and new-hire acceleration.Work collaboratively with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Fever Originals to guarantee alignment across the pipeline and partner ecosystem.
