Position Available: Full-Time Office Administrator and Enrollment Specialist for Infant Center and Preschool!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, based on location

Join our award-winning Infant Center and/or Preschools and receive hands-on training under the mentorship of an experienced director. As an Office Administrator, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to master the essential functions of managing an Action Day Program. We offer personalized leadership coaching and extensive training in key responsibilities, which include building a strong team that reflects our core values, supervising staff, delivering outstanding customer service to families, ensuring exceptional care for children, managing enrollment processes and school tours, overseeing daily operations, leading administrative tasks, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and coaching to staff members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to parents and families
  • Maintain high-quality care for the children
  • Oversee tours and manage new child enrollments
  • Assist the director as needed
  • Lead with a positive, heart-centered approach

Compensation: $25-$30/hour based on experience, education, and position requirements.
