Position: Full-Time Assistant Director for Infant Center & Preschool!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM depending on the location.

Working collaboratively with an accomplished Director at our esteemed Infant Center and/or Preschools, the Assistant Director plays a crucial role in steering daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the school. This hands-on leadership position is perfect for an organized, proactive individual who excels at managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Assistant Director will support key areas such as student enrollment, family engagement, staff coaching and development, and administrative management. This role is suited for a strong leader who takes initiative, follows through, and actively contributes to team growth while maintaining a high-performing, efficiently run school. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: promoting enrollment through tours and follow-ups, coaching and mentoring staff to uphold performance standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for families, managing accurate records and billing processes, coordinating school events, and stepping into a leadership role when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote enrollment through tours, follow-up communication, and family engagement.
  • Assist in daily school operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coach, mentor, and support staff.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for children and families.
  • Maintain organizational records and processes.
  • Coordinate school events and program activities.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Compensation: $28 to $34 per hour, based on individual experience, education, and position requirements.
