What Will You Be Doing?
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our sales executives as the primary technical authority throughout the pre-sales process. Your consultative approach will be essential in closing new business by providing product demonstrations and comprehensive pre-sales support to both prospective and returning clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of customers, both remotely and in-person.
- Engaging with potential clients to facilitate their evaluation and selection process.
- Creating customized environments as Proof of Concept during the sales cycle, showcasing product capabilities aligned with customer goals.
- Contributing to proposal writing in response to RFIs/RFPs, illustrating how AvePoint solutions meet customer needs and deliver substantial ROI.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, liaising with AvePoint's product management and development teams.
- Assisting the sales team in identifying and understanding customer business objectives to align Microsoft and AvePoint technologies effectively.
- Cultivating relationships with key business and technical advocates within customer organizations to drive long-term adoption of Microsoft and AvePoint solutions.
- Helping clients envision how AvePoint can enhance their operational efficiency and agility.
- Supporting AvePoint's Partner and Marketing teams in their field initiatives.
