Key Responsibilities:Deliver timely, high-priority support to Premium customers, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs). Diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex technical challenges across the Replit platform. Facilitate and monitor high-impact issues with the Product and Engineering teams, ensuring swift resolutions and clear communication. Lead communication with customers during outages or critical incidents. Identify recurring problems and collaborate internally to shorten resolution times. Contribute to the development of internal tools, automation, and documentation that enhance team efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure Premium customers have a consistent, high-quality experience. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new support engineers, elevating the overall responsiveness and quality of the team.
