Additionally, you will work closely with Speak's global growth organization, leveraging successes in the Korean market to contribute to our worldwide scaling efforts.Position InformationJob Title: Head of GrowthLocation: Seoul, South KoreaEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for achieving growth objectives in the Korean market by implementing data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to enhance subscriber numbers and improve LTV:CAC ratios.Manage an annual marketing budget exceeding $NM, leading performance marketing through high creative productivity, experimentation, and efficient media execution.Identify, validate, and scale new growth channels (e.g., product-led growth loops, alternative paid channels, pricing/packaging innovations).Build and coach a growth team encompassing Paid UA, CRM, and more.Establish and optimize reporting systems to ensure daily/weekly visibility into KPIs related to paid marketing, CRM, funnel performance, and product usage.Collaborate with product, brand, and global central growth teams to develop and execute strategies tailored to the opportunities in the Korean market.Contribute to the establishment of brand positioning and communication strategies in Korea to support overall market growth.Required QualificationsProven Growth Leadership Experience: Over 7 years of experience in high-growth technology/consumer startups, managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $10M and driving performance across web and app platforms.Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative growth strategies that align with company objectives.Collaborative Mindset: Proven track record of working cross-functionally with various teams to achieve common goals.
