We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Platform & Integration Analyst to become part of our dynamic team in New York, NY.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, configuring, integrating, and continuously optimizing our core business platforms. This position offers a unique blend of platform ownership, system analysis, and business process enablement, alongside integration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the platform analyst/product owner for one or more enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze current-state versus future-state processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Configure and maintain platform features, including workflows, automation, validation rules, data models, permissions, and system defaults.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of platform processes, integration diagrams, data mappings, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure the platform is stable, well-configured, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Support or build integrations using Mulesoft, encompassing System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Implement and maintain low-to-medium complexity flows, basic DataWeave transformations, and error handling/logging patterns.
  • Develop or refine API specifications (RAML/OAS) and contribute to API-led connectivity design.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between platform owners, business users, and integration developers and consultants.
  • Assist with integration troubleshooting, performance monitoring, environment management, and deployment coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, enhance data quality, and streamline end-to-end business processes.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, including workflow enhancements.
