In this position, AI will serve as your default operating system, enhancing content creation, enabling large-scale personalization, and facilitating precise performance measurement. You will be responsible for crafting the strategy behind our playbooks, training, and demonstration narratives, ensuring that our Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Partners convey a cohesive and impactful narrative that drives pipeline velocity and deal conversion within the GTM organization.Your Responsibilities1. Establish the Enablement FunctionDevelop and implement Harmonic’s comprehensive enablement framework, encompassing onboarding, playbooks, and certification programs.Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering teams to distill product specifications into accessible, field-ready materials.Utilize AI tools to generate, update, and customize enablement content in alignment with our rapidly evolving product landscape.Leverage AI to create personalized learning pathways for each representative, taking into account their role, tenure, deal history, and skill gaps, moving away from generic training modules.
