• Our physicians deliver bedside wound care at over 3,200 facilities spread across 28 states.
• Receive comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a fellowship, equipping you with the knowledge and skills for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians can expect to earn, on average, $300,000 annually plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (with part-time opportunities available).
• Paid training included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Work full-time: Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or choose part-time availability.
• No on-call or weekend clinical duties.
• Provide modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles are available for 4-5 days per week.
• This role involves travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Physicians visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients each day.
• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Onboarding includes paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
