• Our dedicated physicians provide bedside wound care across more than 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship, ensuring you acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians can earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (Part-time opportunities available).
• Training is fully compensated.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time positions are Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), with part-time options available.
• No weekend or after-hours clinical responsibilities.
• Our physicians deliver advanced wound management directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, while full-time roles are 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice; physicians travel to various facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of their base location.
• Daily, our physicians visit 2-3 facilities and treat approximately 20-30 patients.
• Clinical documentation is completed in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR system.
• Comprehensive paid training is included during onboarding, followed by a 6-month fellowship in wound care.
 
• W2 employment structure (no work visa sponsorship available).
