Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Planner Buyer to join our dynamic Paid Social team. This role will be pivotal in managing and executing impactful social media campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving exceptional outcomes. You'll work closely with the Account Manager and team members to effectively support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster robust client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, creating agendas, presentations, and detailed reports.
  • Support the Account Manager in deciphering client goals and objectives, translating them into actionable media plans.

Media Planning and Buying:

  • Collaborate with the media planning team to design and execute media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Assist in crafting media plans, flowcharts, and buying schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and optimization recommendations.

Campaign Execution:

  • Work in tandem with internal teams (creative, digital, analytics) to facilitate the smooth execution of media campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Oversee the trafficking and implementation of media buys across various platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and insights.
