RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Over 10 years of relevant experience. Associate’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in manpower management, personnel administration, or workforce planning. Comprehensive understanding of organizational structures and personnel tracking processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in maintaining databases and personnel tracking systems. Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. Able to effectively coordinate with leadership and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or Space Force organizations. Familiarity with unit manning documents (UMDs) and manpower reporting processes. Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational documentation.

OMNI is actively seeking a meticulous and professional Personnel Management Support Specialist to contribute to unit-level manpower tracking, personnel management, and organizational documentation. This role is crucial in supporting leadership by ensuring accurate personnel records, alignment with organizational structures, and adherence to manpower management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all manpower and personnel management activities alongside leadership and management staff.

  • Regularly maintain and update unit manning documents (UMDs), personnel rosters, and organizational tracking databases.

  • Guarantee the accuracy of personnel data and assist in monitoring manpower requirements and assignments.

  • Support leadership with manpower documentation, reporting, and personnel actions.

  • Develop, update, and sustain organizational charts, functional statements, job descriptions, and mission descriptions.

  • Keep operating instructions, procedures, and administrative documentation up to date.

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining an accurate organizational baseline.

  • Maintain unit contact directories and internal communication tools.

  • Document and report outcomes of manpower and personnel management activities.
