Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. A genuine passion for performance-driven marketing and continuous learning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an individual who possesses robust digital marketing knowledge, a passion for achieving performance metrics, and a profound understanding of digital media. This role will involve managing and optimizing marketing campaigns for leading e-commerce brands across Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear performance objectives that align with client business and marketing goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Criteo.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of performance-related tasks for a small team (1-2 members), ensuring effective prioritization and workload distribution.
  • Utilize advanced performance marketing techniques, including bid management, campaign structuring, feed optimization, keyword analysis, ad copywriting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to best practices, are well-structured, and regularly optimized to achieve efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create detailed performance reports leveraging analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) to illustrate Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) and actionable insights.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients regarding digital tools and strategic approaches.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in performance marketing and share valuable insights with the team.
  • Promote a collaborative and uplifting work environment while supporting cross-functional team objectives.
  • Report directly to the Digital Media & Growth Manager.
